Buhari Reacts To Sylvester Orimoni's Death For The First Time saying "NO ONE WILL BE SAVED."


The President expressed his condolences to the late lad’s family and the Lagos State Government in a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu.

For several days now, the nation has been gripped by the horrific tragedy at Dowen College in Lagos, with gruesome details of how our young son, Sylvester Oromoni (Junior), met his death gradually emerging,” the statement continued.

President Muhammadu Buhari condemns the assassination of Sylvester, one of our bright young people who was doing well in school and bringing joy to his family, and assures them that if this incident is truly the result of bullying or cultism, it must act as a catalyst for a permanent solution to this recurring problem.

“I share the outrage and loss felt around the country as a result of this atrocity. On behalf of my family and I, as well as the federal government, I express our profound sympathies to the Oromoni family, the government, and the people of Lagos State, and assure them that the event would be thoroughly investigated and appropriate punishment meted out to all those responsible.”

The President urged the police to continue their investigation until they get to the bottom of the problem so that the law can take its course and justice can be served, regardless of who is involved.
