During An Autopsy, Sylvester Oromoni's Father Discovered A Black Liquid In His Stomach.

During the autopsy on his son’s body, Sylvester Oromoni Snr. revealed that a black substance was discovered in his son’s stomach.

Sylvester Oromoni Jnr, his son, was allegedly attacked by fellow students at Dowen College in Lekki, Lagos, resulting in his death.

Oromoni Snr told The Punch in a live Facebook interview that the family was told that the pathologist in Warri would not be able to ascertain what the liquid was until it was transferred to Lagos or Abuja.

He Said:

According to the guy who conducted the autopsy, they detected a black substance in his stomach, he added, adding that the police in Lagos or Abuja would run the test to determine what it was.

Oromoni Snr. had previously indicated that the situation had been reported to the Nigeria Police Force’s Warri Area Command, and that a petition had been filed with the Lagos State Commissioner of Police.

He also stated that the family is awaiting the results of the autopsy.

 “We submitted a petition to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police yesterday (Thursday).” Before submitting the petition in Lagos, we reported to Area Command in Warri.

” The police in Area Command (Warri) called the doctor, and the autopsy was performed yesterday (Thursday), and the results will be released.”We were told that something had been discovered in his [stomach].”

Since the incident was made public, notable Nigerians have spoken out, urging authorities to undertake a thorough inquiry into the death of Sylvester Oromoni Jnr.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State government has ordered the school to be closed indefinitely while investigations are conducted.
