2023 Election Gets SERIOUS As Peter Obi Throws Jab At Tinubu, Says It’s Nobody’s Turn To Become President
Peter Obi, who is running for president as the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), has called on Nigerians to disregard any claims made by other presidential candidates that it is their turn to be the next president.
According to Naija Politics, this conversation took place on Tuesday when the former governor of Anambra State paid a visit to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, at his palace in Ile Ife, which is located in the state of Osun.
Obi made the statement that no candidate should be entitled to become the President of Nigeria, which was a big jab at Bola Tinubu, the candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The candidate for the Labour Party’ s president emphasized that whoever succeeds President Muhammadu Buhari ought to see the opportunity to serve the country rather than one reward.
He further stated that it is the responsibility of Nigerian youths to choose their leader in 2023, and he urged the people of Nigeria to reject any politicians who intend to manipulate them.
The former governor added that they shouldn’ t vote based on religion, alleging that the money that politicians give them is stolen from the national treasury.
He said: ” So let’ s not listen to the crime, it is we the politicians and elite to manipulate you. It’ s enough. Don’ t look at our religion, Let nobody tell you that it’ s their entitlement. It is nobody’ s turn.
