EFCC Dragged Into PDP BRIBERY SCANDAL As Ayu’s Arrested Is Called For Amid Corruption Allegations

Emmanuel Onwubiko, the coordinator of HURIWA made a statement a few hours after it was alleged that the chairman of the PDP is involved in some corrupt practices.

Barely 24 hours ago, some notable members of the PDP returned millions of naira said to have been paid into their account by the leadership of the party.

It was alleged that some of those who returned a huge amount of money claimed that they were not notified of any payments until they checked the account to verify. It was also added that one of the PDP members claimed that the PDP paid some money into his account for two years of rent on his property.

While the PDP had reacted to the claim by making the public understand that the money was paid into these account for various reasons, Emmanuel Onwubiko, the coordinator of HURIWA have asked the EFCC to go after the national chairman of the PDP to make the public understand many things which are not open to the people.

He claimed that the EFCC needs to act now before the forthcoming presidential election in other to prevent the takeover of the government by some individuals who have not changed their color.

According to a report from Naija News, Emmanuel Onwubiko, HURIWA’ s coordinator reacted to the report of financial misappropriation in the PDP.

The report revealed that ” the National Vice Chairman (South- West), Olasoji Adagunodo, the Deputy National Chairman (South) Taofeek Arapaja; National Vice Chairman (South), Dan Orbih, and National Women Leader, Stella Affah- Attoe” returned the millions of naira paid into their account back to the account of the PDP.
