In the hamlet of Dagwaji, which is located in the Kiyako ward of the Birnin Kudu Local government area in the state of Jigawa, a total of two hundred members of the People’ s Democratic Party (PDP) have defected to the governing All Progressive Congress (APC).

According to a report that came from the state, the decampees were welcomed to Dagwaji village by Alhaji Yusif Isa Wurno, who is the deputy chairman of the Birninkudu local government council.

While the new members were being welcomed into the party (APC), the vice chairman went through all of the party’ s rights and privileges with them and made sure they understood everything.

They were praised by Alhaji Yusif Isa Wurno for joining the party, and he said, ” you made a very wise and timely choice, congratulations one again. ”

He urged them to put in a lot of effort in order to guarantee that the party would be victorious in the next elections.
